Account Management

An account will be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months with no gaming activity. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, but it will never exceed the remaining balance in the account.

• Registration with false or fraudulent information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual
• Bonus abuse or systematic bonus hunting
• Harassment, threats or abusive behavior toward any person or group
• Operating an account using another person's identity
